Appointment Booking
Clients may book a legal consultation appointment through the booking form on the website. The client must provide accurate and complete information, including name, phone number, email, and consultation subject. Our team reviews the request and contacts the client to confirm the appointment or suggest an alternative time.
Consultation Types
Consultations may be held in person at the office, by video call, or by phone according to the client's selection. Consultation duration is determined in advance based on the request and is usually between 30 minutes and one hour.
Online Payment
Consultation fees must be paid in advance through the online payment gateway. Appointments are confirmed only after successful payment. An electronic receipt is sent to the client by email after payment.
Cancellation and Refund
Clients may cancel or modify an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation and may receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, are non-refundable. If the office cannot hold the session at the scheduled time, the appointment will be rescheduled or the full amount refunded.
Confidentiality
All data and information provided during booking or consultation is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties except with client consent or as required by law.
General Terms
Consultation fees are not considered advance payment for litigation fees or any other legal services unless agreed separately in writing. The office may amend this booking and payment policy at any time by publishing updates on the website.
Accepted Payment Methods
The office accepts credit and debit cards, electronic wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and direct bank transfers upon request. All payments are processed through a secure approved electronic payment gateway.
